Project methodology
1. Contract Signing
CUSTOMER will sign a contract with Fulcrum in acceptance to the terms stated in the proposal. After signing of the contract, CUSTOMER will raise an official Purchase Order in favor of Fulcrum.
2.Specification Freezing
The User Requirement Specifications will be thoroughly discussed with CUSTOMER and will be signed off by CUSTOMER. The signing of the URS will freeze the requirements there onwards and will signal on the customization work.
3. Customization
Fulcrum will customize the software as per the signed off specifications at its premises.
4. Customer Acceptance Test
The software before shipping to CUSTOMER will be tested at Fulcrum. The software would be tested for the compliance of all the functions as specified in the URS.
5. Installation & Training
Once the CUSTOMER is ready the software installation process will start. Fulcrum consultants will assist the CUSTOMER over the internet using tools for installation. A full-fledged training manual of the software will be provided.
6. System Hand-over
Once, the installation of SOFTWARE is completed, the Project Completion Report will be signed by the CUSTOMER representative. This marks the successful installation and the project is signed off.

. We expect that our customer will delegate a knowledgeable resource to champion the project who would be the one-point-contact liasoning with our project manager who would be our one-point-contact.

Change control mechanism: Our Change Management process ensures that each change introduced to the project environment is appropriately defined, evaluated and approved prior to implementation.
. Schedules: Prior to the commencement of the project, we will provide timelines and milestones for the project, which would be mutually agreed upon.
. Escalation: Prior to the commencement of the project we will establish and provide details of escalation points and procedures for the project.
